When will I get my order?

Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched the same day Monday to Friday, or on Monday for orders placed over the weekend. We'll typically get them to you the next day.

How much is delivery to the UK?

All UK orders are delivered FREE of charge.

I just want to order a single pack from you?

It's simple really - we just can't offer good value for money on single pack orders. When we looked back through all our orders only 5% were for two packs or less and  when ordering like this people were spending alot of money per pack.

Offering all of our products in a multipack option at great value is what we are in a unique position to offer and so that's what we want to do.

If you want to get hold of just one or two packs on-line please head over to one of our lovely customers:

How long do your products last?

It varies slightly by product, but our usual shelf life is around 90 days - but we don't know many people who can resist them for 3 months!

What if I'm not happy with the products?

Your complete satisfaction with our products is the reason we get out of bed in the morning.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return all opened and un-opened packs to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To do this drop a quick email so we know to expect your parcel and we'll sort it all out.

Can I order in bulk for example, wedding favours?

Sure thing - email us and let us know what you need and we'll come back with pricing and shipping costs. We'd love to be a part of your big day.

Do you have any vegan or vegetarian products?

Not yet... Across a number of drinking cultures there a some bad ass vegan and vegetarian foods out there - from Patacones in Columbia which are served with beer to Bache di Cappero in Italy which are a traditional accompaniment to Prosecco.

All (and more) are in development and we are aiming to have at least one in market by April 2018.

Can you tell me the ingredients?

Of course - they're made from a selection of natural ingredients.

Chorizo Thins are made simply from sliced and cooked Chorizo Picante that is made from Duroc pork shoulder, Duroc pork belly, hot paprika de la Vera, salt and garlic.
