We love to tell Jethro’s story, but more so to season our potato crisps with his beautiful produce.
Finding himself unemployed, Jethro was awarded a grant by the Prince's Trust to re-kindle an ancient tradition on the Dorset coast. Today Jethro and his family hand-harvest sea salt from Chesil Beach in Dorset. Sold in many of the world’s most respected food & drink establishments, his salt is famed for its quality.
British potatoes hand cooked in high oleic sunflower oil and seasoned with hand-harvested Dorset sea salt. Suitable for a vegan diet.
