Chorizo Thins (2 x 30g)

Our chorizo is sourced from a small family producer who belongs to the Consorcio del Chorizo Espanol, founded to protect the quality & origins of authentic Spanish chorizo. They have been making chorizo as a family since the 1950s.

This chorizo is particular to the region of Lugo, in Galicia, and is made up of five natural ingredients: Duroc pork shoulder, Duroc pork belly, salt, Paprika de la Vera and garlic. It’s hung and cured for thirty days and gently smoked over Holm Oak for depth of flavour.

The quality and flavour of our chorizo comes from two of its most important ingredients:

Duroc pork: A rare breed of pig that is traditionally farmed in Northern Spain for quality hams and chorizo. It produces a delicate flavoured pork, laced with rich, buttery fat.

Hot Paprika de la Vera: The distinctive flavour of authentic Spanish chorizo comes from the very special Paprika that is produced in the fertile alluvial soils around the Tietar River in La Vera.

We simply slice the chorizo into rounds and gently roast it until it's crisp and delicious with no greasy residue.

No artificial any things are used in the production of our authentic Spanish chorizo.

Salami Chips (2 x 30g)

Our Salami Chips are inspired by the food and drink from Eastern Europe – the home of Pilsner style lagers.

Kolbasz (what we would describe here in the UK as a smoky, flavoursome salami) is traditional to Hungary. It's eaten in every home and loved as a side dish or snack with a glass of beer.

The Kolbasz used to make our Salami Chips comes from a family-owned business that has been producing this traditional salami in Hungary for over 150 years and is still making it to their original recipe today.

Sliced and roasted our Salami Chips are an intense, smoky, sweet, salty, beautiful thing, with amazing texture and a touch of acidity.

100% Grass Fed Biltong (2 x 30g)

One of the world’s greatest beer snacks. This is Biltong as we know it from South Africa, made the proper way by a family business originating from the Eastern Cape. The flavour and texture are exceptional, with the quality down to the beef that we use: 100% Irish grass fed, raised on lush pastures and left to roam for a longer life. Richer and deeper in flavour. Totally delicious.


Chorizo Thins:
Our Chorizo Thins are perfect with a glass of red – Rioja is our recommendation (but any young Spanish red is wonderful) and a simple Joven Rioja is spot on – young, fresh and easy going. The salt picks up the fruit flavours in the wine and the fats calm down any tannins. Everything else is a joyful combination.

We also love them with a Manzanilla Sherry, an amber ale or a Bloody Mary. For an alcohol-free alternative, a brimming bowl of Seedlip and Premium Tonic is pretty darn delicious.

Salami Chips:
Crunchy, salty, fragrant and rich in fat and umami, our traditional Hungarian Salami chips are a beer’s best friend. Eastern Europe made Pilsner-style lager and it made Kolbasz/Salami. Both are delicious and both have been enjoyed together forever in that part of the world.

We also love them with a glass of crisp, white wine - the fat, salt and touch of acidity from the beech smoke make a glass of Chenin Blanc, or other whites, all the more enjoyable. For a non-alcoholic alternative Lucky Saint hits the spot pretty darn well.

We are talking the ultimate beer snack here, but it is also delicious with anything that would go with a well-seasoned steak or that you'd find in your hand around a braai (South African style barbecue). Think big reds like Malbec, amber ales like Doom Bar but also well-made Cider such as Henney's.

Chorizo Thins:
Simply sliced and slow-roasted chorizo picante, made from: Duroc pork shoulder, Duroc pork belly, hot paprika de la Vera, salt and garlic.

Salami Chips:
Sliced and slow-roasted traditional Hungarian salami, made from: pork, salt, paprika, ground caraway seeds, garlic and dextrose (colour paprika extract, preservative sodium nitrite, potassium sorbate & smoked over Beech Wood).

Irish grass-fed beef, apple cider vinegar, salt, spices, brown sugar (sugar, cane molasses), coriander seeds, preservative (sodium sorbate), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
